30 minutes following Larry Johnson's call for an all black professional basketball league, Dirk Nowitzki announced his retirement, thus granting Johnson his wish.

An impressive reaction to this "as of now" former NBA owners racially prejudicial comments to his girlfriend.

" LA Clippers Owner (Donald) Sterling’s ban from the NBA is effective immediately.

He may not attend NBA games or practices or be present at any Clippers facility.

He is also barred from making personnel decisions involving the team.

Sterling will remain owner of the franchise, but NBA commissioner Adam Silver said he is urging the board of governors, made up of NBA owners, to exercise its authority to force a sale of the team."

^^^ So let me see if I understand this story. Octogenerian, life-long racist, NAACP lifetime award-winner and donor, Democrat, Basketball team owner shacks up with biracial (Black, asian) woman less than 1/3 his age. This 'wife' splits her time between servicing her 'grandfather' and a collection of other men, at least some of whom are black. She then wants to bing some of her 'harem' along to the basketball game. Grampa basketball goes into a racist tirade at this 'indiscretion,' the 'woman' records it (illegally?), and then releases the audio. Someone actually accepts and plays the audio, and NOW, this is too much! The known and avowed racist must be stomped down, and stomped down HARD for something he said in private, but NOT all the things he said and did publicly over the past 40 years that were bigoted and racist.

Holy crap. What a collection of despicable people all around, from the lecherous racist, to the people willing to look the other way when he's tossing money at them, to the horrible slutty 'wife' to the degraded 'media' to the hypocrites all over the place in the media stacked up in holding patterns like self-righteous pharisees, eager to get their lashes in on this disgusting old demented man.

Just sickening, all the way around.
