I don't remember Campbell ever starting??? The only thing I remember was he had a high completion % in college, he had some funky throwing motion that the Packers tried to change and he was another high first round bust. Not to the level of a Tony Mandrich but high.

Man there was some shit teams between the Lombardi dynasty, and the Wolfe/Holmgren resurrection! Most of these young bucks (& doe's!) didn't get to experience first hand all the crap we as Packer fans had to put up with! Most don't want to admit to the name Forrest Gregg as coach.. He was a hell of a tackle though!!Originally posted by AtlPackFanYes you are and I'm right there with you. I VIVIDLY remember the ice bowl. Parents were having a party and listened to the game on the radio. If I remember correctly, they blacked out home games back then...even playoffs but I could be wrong...it could be I didn't watch the game because of my parents party.Originally posted by hurleyfanBart Starr...
Guess that means I am an old Fvck!
God, it sucks getting old?My Two favorite teams are the Packers, and whoever plays the Vikings!

Bart was the QB during the Bengston years when I remember watching the Pack.
You missed out on the great QBs of the Devine era:
Hunter, Tagge, DelGaizo and Hadl
Dickey was a great deep ball thrower to Lofton / Jefferson, but his asking to be benched vs. St. Louis (beginning the Randy Wright era) soured me a little to him.
Majik was a good QB but unfortunately too inconsistent as a starter. Could scramble like crazy, but he had his "what were you thinking!" type of moments as much as Favre has.
No matter if this is Favre's last season or not - enjoy the time he has left. The man helped bring Reggie White to GB and ultimately SB XXXI. (and SB XXXII if Holmy wouldn't have botched it).-digital dean

Jerry Tagge never finished in the top 10 in any major category.
Jerry Tagge is not in the all-time top 50 in any major category.I can't run no more

Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up

First Packer game I can remember was a 21-19 win over Detroit in Milwaukee in 1974. I can't recall who started, but I'd bet it was John Hadl, since Devine had just traded away the entire decade for him. Concannon and Jerry Tagge were the other QBs."Never, never ever support a punk like mraynrand. Rather be as I am and feel real sympathy for his sickness." - Woodbuck

I should start a poll on this.

I haven't seen him in several years, but the last time I did I wanted to throw up. Can you say flaming? I guess that is why i have bitterness towards flaming gay men.

I try not to think about my first true love much. Maybe once or twice a year.
I married her.
