  • P5X

If you like P90X but only like to work out for 5 minutes, I suggest P5X. I'm really enjoying it, and it's not difficult at all. I'm not getting into great shape or anything, but so what? Also, P90X costs about $72 and P5X only cost $4. A bargain! - and if you want to get more exercise, you just loop it!

I was only partly joking. Intense interval training, homies.

        Meh. Deconditioned test subjects.

For all around fitness one needs a broad range of stimuli to break homeostasis.

I love me some short intervals but long efforts are great too.

Internet clickbait tells me you are wrong - that is a surefire way to rapid aging!
