Do you like, say "like" when you're like, talking?

I will admit I do say "like" sometimes but hardly and catch myself when I do. But as I listen to people talk in person or on TV I get annoyed by it. Seems to be very common. I'm know I don't speak what you honkies believe to be proper English (neither do you). Is the excessive use of "like" further proof we are dumbing down? It doesn't happen so much when typing something up but I'm sure all you mofos know what I mean.
