It's Richie "The Bomber" Tenenbaum from the film The Royal Tenenbaums. He was a tennis player that was at one time the world's greatest.

I enjoyed it. It is a Wes Anderson film, so it is full of dry humor. He also directed Rushmore, Bottle Rockets, and The Life Aquatic.

                  No, it's brilliant!

One of the best films ever made. I must have seen it 20 times by now.

Herman Blume: Come work for me.
Max Fischer: What do you mean?
Herman Blume: I mean I-I could use someone like you.
Max Fischer: Look, I may not be rich, Mr. Blume, my father may only be a doctor, but we manage.
