Kim is an idiot. The internet existed well before the WWW was a thing. Saying it was the 25 anniversary of the web would be correct. And as for this line:

Berners-Lee worked on his proposal using a NeXT computer, which was one the earliest products created by Steve Jobs.

I guess that was some other Steve Jobs at Apple in the 70's and 80's.
