WHY do track meets always have to be held on a cold and rainy/damp day so when you get home it takes hours to feel warm again????????

Anyway my little guy got some ribbons so it was well worth it. His team came in 1st on the 400 relay, he got 4th in the 50 and 3rd in the 400.

Nice job with the ribbons. I managed the track team in HS and you're right. I spend more dismal afternoons trying to dry out on the bus...

It was a tough call for him as he was going to have to miss his baseball game to participate in this meet. As it turned out the game was cancelled ....I think due to everything being so saturated here.....been raining for 3 days. I hate this cold, damp weather. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and 70......I should skip work!!!!!! Take a mental health day

Wish I could but I'd feel too guilty (yeah right!) If we get this 70 and sun tomorrow the grass will grow 6 inches after all that rain.

I did help push over an outhouse on a remote farm in northern Wisconsin as a kid. Perhaps I might be considered a threat to national security...

oh well.... after you click on reply and your little window thingy opens you click on the little box at the top that says Img and then put the URL and then click on the Img again. At least that's how I did it and it worked.

Try retagging it? I enter the url of the pic and then highlight and hit img. Puts both tags in at once. I see the problem. You need a backslash in the closing tag. Should be [/img]
