What type of business are you trying to start?

Well, I have a pretty good idea that would appeal to a niche crowd. I don't have it patented or anything so I am keeping the idea very, very close to me. What I am looking for from the webdesigner is a simple, clean layout and a content delivery system similiar to that of digg or slashdot.
