Look up along the main menu bar and click on profile. At the bottom of your profile page, there is avatar information.

Basically, you can pick any avatar you want subject to the size restrictions and nudity restrictions given in the topic above, and can upload it from your profile page (see the profile link under the main banner). If you can't do it, pm me with the location of the avatar you want to use and I'll do it for you.
