If a woman wanted to invent, I'm srue she could. She could learn tactics that help when inventing and apply it and be great.

I think a man could probably do the same with reading expression. He could learn what to look for and be great at it.

Any man who wants to be a face reader could be just as good if he tried just like any woman who wants to be an inventor or doctor can be just as good. We all have powerfull brains and if we have the ambition to do just about anything, we can do it. It mgiht be done in a different way and sometimes one way might apply easier but even if your way isn't the easiest way, it can still be just as effective if you want to learn.

I just changed my opinion...Men and women have different brains that are different but equally capable of doing all things, sometiems in different ways. How's that?

That should work. Did the show go into the whole concept of steering in schools and the psych between teachers and girls in education? There is a concern that girls are not called on as frequently in class and are not supported as well if they struggle which very well could be changing because the issue has been in the news a fair amount recently. The suggestion is that there was an underlying bias and that girls were being "taught" not to like math and science. Call me stereotyped, but I don't like higher math. Is that because I'm female or because as an individual, I suck at higher math? Who knows? Either way, I prefer words.

          Re: ABC show on gender

I'd like to see one conducted on different races some day. I suspect there are differences just like with women vs men.

I have a hard time imagining that ever happening. Too many "important" people have spent their lifetimes trying to convince everyone that we are all the same............
          Brian: "You're ALL DIFFERENT"

          Crowd: "YES, we're all DIFFERENT!"

          Loner: "I'm not"

Wanna bet that he gets laid more often than the scientists that get the opposite results?
