Video Editing Software for PC?

I am looking for some photo editing software for my labtop. I see there is Toast for Apple, but nothing for a PC. Anyone have any ideas or hints?

Pinnacle Titanium is a good video editing software for PC. Just make sure you have a fast enough system to run it because it's a hog.
