MUSIC. I'm not alive without music often in the background. I still work out with ROCK pounding in the background. Music sure works with martial arts. They've worked together to keep me young in mind, spirit and body.

There's GOOD and BAD music. A microcosm of LIFE.

My Bud's and I lived to play hardball and street hockey until 16 years and work after school and in the summer months. We talked sports all the time. Sports trumped girls. Girls always were there because we were athletic and played all the sports. Girls were dances and after dances. Friday and Saturday nights. Sports just worked all round. That's why I love Packerrats. Packerrats keeps me young.

1. I totally agree with you. It just doesn't work out that way if your being staulked and harassed by an aggressive member. I know that won't happen again and me. I won't put up with anymore of that CRAP as long as I'm alive. I've never had to even imagine I would ever request that any member be banned. mraynrand got me there for his own healthe. I'd trade punch for punch with the like of him and certainly hold my own but ... in doing so I have to consider that man's / members health. He's a train wreck...waiting to happen.
