This is one of those songs I used to listen to on WDUZ back in Appleton at night with a transistor radio up against my ear. Beautiful song--silly video. But in the years before MTV why did they even make videos? Other big ones were Stairway to Heaven, Mama Told Me Not to Come, Stuck on a Feeling, Money (Floyd), and Nights in White Satin.

I'll post another one I used to listen to with my girlfriend. We were both good singers. We'd be hanging out on the couch, sucking face, listening to my Big Mama stereo from the Exclusive Company (Downtown Oshkosh!), and when this one from the Doobie Brothers came on we'd harmonize to this fantastic song while our young bodies sang in the key of wow. Is it any wonder even the kids today love the music from the 70's?
