Jacked up tonight for my pulling day tomorrow. I am really enjoying this three day split! I previously would use a fourth day specifically for shoulders and triceps and I think I overtrained them.
This time around the vast majority of my movements come from Deads, Squats, Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Dips, Pullups, Rows. All compound movements.
