Yeah, there's a lot of that kind of thing that goes on here. You almost have to learn a new language. When we first moved here, a kid walking by our house asked my wife where the stake house was. She told him "I don't know, but there's a Red Lobster down by the mall".

A few years ago new neighbors moved in across the street. They were from Chicago, not important, more importantly, they talked 'midwest' lingo.

My old next door neighbors said they declined their invite to come over for some 'pop', because they didn't want to associate with drug users.
