This is how Sandra got into this world. My wife was having spotting in the early Friday morning and was concerned After my stepson got on the bus to school my wife and I went to Womens Care to see whats going on. She had an ultrasound and was on a monitor to show how the baby was doing. They said that she just needed to get some rest and take it easy. Later that night she went to her night job. Around 8:40 my wife calls me and said that she had a mucus discharge. She picked me up and we both went to Northwest Community Hospital, We were just there to get checked out, She was on the monitor to check on the baby. It was decided that she should stay the night for observations. Around 1:00 am she started to get severe lower back pain.
The nurses were miffed. Even the doctor on duty was as well. My wife stood up and at that moment her water broke and she laid back down. At this point the baby sliped out of her and into the doctors hands, She then offcially born at 1:06 am.

A little too much detail for me, but CONGRATULATIONS!

Sandra....I like the name. Start saving for college! She'll be growing up right before your eyes in no time.

Congrats! I'm sure she'll be needing one of these:

                  I can't run no more
                  With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
                  Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up
                  A thundercloud

She is doing great! We got back last night around 8:00 pm. We stayed for 2 days. She is in the NICU still but for a preemie for 30 weeks she is doing great. Mom and I have visted her 5 or 6 times per day since were there. I have confidence in the NICU here at Northwest Community Hospital.
