    Did you know in 2006 188 people were taken hostage as a results of pirates? 15 were killed as well. These statistics are from the International Maritime Bureau.

    That is absolutely insane. I had no idea there was still so many mates that need to walk the plank wreaking havoc on the high seas.

            Most of them are in the vicinity of the Indian Ocean. I remember an incident with a cruise ship in Somalia and some pirates.
