Turnaround is fair play!

My 12 year old used to have her Spice Girls CD playing loudly in the early morning for her "Get up and tackle the day" type of inspiration.

One morning before she got up, I removed that CD and put in an old "Best of Barney" CD. You can't imagine the satisfaction I got when she screamed, "Dad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Isn't Barney kind of masochistic? I barely kept my sanity through the Barney era. I'd have used some old classics or something I could at least listen to. You should just have been happy to have a daughter who wanted to "tackle the day!"
