When you're at a retail store, do you like to be:
A) Left alone for the most part, where people will point you to where you need to go if you ask a question of where something is, etc. Wal-mart would be a fine example of this
B) Greeted, offered help if you need anything with by a non-commission sales associate. Best Buy is a prime example of this because they employ primarily kids who kind of know what they're talking about, and are willing to help you if necessary
C) Helped from start to finish with your purchase with a commission sales associate. Sears is a good example of this because they require you do immense amounts of training so you know what you're talking about, and everyone who isn't a cashier in clothing works on commission.
