Thanks for the feedback. Not sure if I will get the job, or even if I do, that we will move there. My wife told me last night that she'd rather not move, but would if necessary. My job future is a little up in the air right now.

I love Wisconsin, but would rather live in Chicagoland.

I thought El Paso was a dirty nasty town and would not want to go there after dark. I'd live in Las Cruces, NM and make the commute of 30 miles to El Paso.
