  • Who will root for Rodgers?

I know he will never be Favre. I know he will never make the throws we are accustomed to seeing but ARod has my full support until he convinces me not to. He has 2008 to get it together and that is it. After that playoffs in 2009 or get a new QB IMO.

I've always been a Rodgers supporter.

Of course. I'm a Packers fan above being a Favre fan.

He has handled the waiting game and backing up Favre like a true professional. Never complaining or bitching. He has the athletic ability to succeed. He has earn our support, maybe not our trust, but he has given no reason for us not to hope for his success

This is going to be like the transition between Montana and Young...
Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

                    Hoo rah!
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

The biggest challenge Rodgers will face this year and for years to come is being the immediate replacement of a Legend. The replacement quarterback of a "legend" quarterback always carries the burden of living up to the expectations of the star he replaced.

All of we Packer fans need to remind ourselves to be patient with Rodgers. He will never be a Brett Favre, nor should he try to be.

He needs to be the best Aaron Rodgers he can be.
