If both sides had it to do over again, I'm not so sure TT would do it any differently in hindsight. I guess that's why you pay a GM - to have forsight as not to sign Joe Johnsons or unstable Javon Walkers to big contracts and focus on in the Aaron Kampmans and Donald Drivers.

The Oakland Raiders player was taken to Sunrise Medical Center’s Trauma unit, where he was listed in fair condition late Monday afternoon, hospital officials said.
Police said Walker had significant injuries.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist Norm Clarke, Walker was seen Saturday night at Tryst at the Wynn spraying the crowd with some of the 15 bottles of Dom Perignon Rose champagne he ordered.
Clarke also said Walker was at Body English at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino until 6:30 a.m. Monday and that his first round of champagne cost him $15,000.

Well, good to hear is OK.
One last thing to add - not to sound preachy or anything. But although it may be argued that Javon made some poor decisions in this situation, that does not mean he *deserved* to have this happen to him. It's a pretty dangerous precedent to blame the victim, after all...

Found this on a Broncos news site....
It would be a tough thing to get past having a teammate die in your arms. All smack talking aside for the moment, we want to wish Javon the best of luck. Honestly, we’re saddened to hear about this, no matter what may have transpired in the past. The guy has just been a mess since Darrent Williams.

I hope the guy learns something this time, he got robbed and EASILY could have been killed...He is not above the gangs that run through Vegas or anywhere.Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

What the hell is wrong with Florio?????
He broke a very important man law: WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS, STAYS IN VEGAS!
:P :P :P
Seriously, Javon is a turd. He just didn't show his true turd colors until his contract dispute here in GB. It's fun to look back now, after all Javon has done, and re-evalute the Brett vs. Javon fued. I never thought that Brett did anything wrong, because he didn't, but I wonder if all the national writers and some NFL players will now admit they were wrong for taking Javon's side. The man is an class A donkey! What a waste of talent.
You think he's ever thought, "Man, I should have just stayed in GB?" I'll bet he has.

He has a teammate die in his arms after a late night at the club, and now he's out partying until 6AM... flauting his money like crazy. He didn't deserve this, but it's not too surprising he'd be the target of a robbery."There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. But quite frankly, most of the people that are commenting on it don't know anything about what they are talking about."--Ted Thompson
