Wow, that's something, that is. The Dirty dot com? Don't know them...is that actually a reliable source? My first reaction after reading it is that is sounded like something from The Onion.

Working on the assumption that he actually said those things, something like this is the only explanation I can think of that could possibly vindicate him. Or something like the one I posted earlier about him getting knocked on the head in the can.

Florio is being facetious about 3 gun toting thugs not getting noticed; it is quite possible for them to get in and out with no problem, if they're pros, and they did a bit of planning. However, he's also right that there will be some evidence, video or otherwise, left behind. Maybe not enough to identify the perps, but there should be some sign of three guys helping their woozy friend...

But this still gets back to the beating he took. Pros wouldn't mess him up like that, unless they were paid to give him a beatdown, as opposed to a simple robbery. So, then, who and why? Javon's been a lot of things, but has kept his nose clean. Someone mentioned Merriweather earlier - he's also kept his clean, but boxer's are boxer's

Getting sprayed with champagne isn't degrading...some like it, some ask for it..depends on the club.

Might be a tool thing to do..but, the people being sprayed aren't being degraded.

In the clubs, if you aren't in the VIP..you are already "degraded."

I've refrained from comment. I was guilty of making a major jump to a wrong conclusion in the Sean Taylor case. That had all the earmarks of a retribution shooting to me, but it turns out Sean just got jumped by lunkheads. So I don't wanna cast any stones 'til i can see what I'm throwing 'em at.

The Walker incident is obviously one in which 'ol Javon used some piss-poor judgement, but this latest bullshit story he has told about what happened (3 masked men, why not 3 wise men?), makes me wonder.

What in the hell really did happen? Most of the events in this case took place in a very public club and some in the back alley's of Vegas. Most of the real story will come out. I've got the feeling we've still only heard a part of this tale, & it will be VERY interesting when the whole story comes out.

Considering how you are quick to jump people's shit about being "premature", I think it is equally premature to suggest that it is a fact that no one felt degraded.

How the hell do you know that? There certainly is a possibility that Walker's action did piss someone off...unless you were there, you don't know. It could've pissed someone off even if that had nothing at all to do with his mugging.

Many people going clubbing in their best outfits don't like being sprayed down with sticky champaign and having to pay for a steep dry cleaning bill afterward.

The dirty is not a real news source, though they have "broken" stories about athletes behaving badly...the leinart photos were from the dirty.

Bobble are posted..in Tryst, this is common and people go their expecting/wanting it. It isn't my thing, but i acknowledge it.

I've seen and met javon (talked for about 10 minutes)..he is out in the clubs in Sdale quite a bit. Honestly, he has always been quite nice and friendly. Not an ass, not a jerk, etc. Never had his posse step in..which he usually has some with..so vegas is strange.

Now, the person i've met doesn't mean i like how he operates on the field, and his petulance...but, as far as being a nice person..he is that.

You have no more idea what exactly happened than any of the rest of us...so most of your claims really hold no weight of any kind.

Let's wait and see what happened before we claim that no one was degraded, perpetrated, copulated, or Harlanated. No one knows at this point whether or not Walker's actions in the club contributed to his situation...because we don't know exactly who punked his ass at this point.

The bottom line is that Walker's immaturity in the club may have had nothing to do with this, or it might have had everything to do with this. At this point, we don't know. What we DO know is that Javon has previously acted immature with disasterous results. That doesn't mean this situation is the same, but it certainly gives people the right to speculate.

without getting into all the other stuff in this thread, I would just say the story don't make much sense based on what i percieve. You can't take out a casinos surveillance with no amateur shit, it would take some preperation and solid knowledge. Also draggin an unconcious 6'4 dude through the casino, past the security by the rooms would be awfully fricking tough. You might get past them TO the rooms, but draggin someone the other way wouuld be tough.

Oh yea, and knowing what room Javon was in isn't public info either.
