Injuries are part of every team's season. The deeper teams survive these..

wait a second... I thought TT was getting all those draft picks for a reason? To build depth? oh my, were we fooled? what a joke....
Barnett was only playing average anyhow. He whiffed on several tackles so I don't see his loss as monumental. I think Bishop and Chillar (if healthy) can fill in adequately here. We still have serious problems on the line however and there isn't really anyway to fix that until next year. It is what it is.

I really hope they try Hawk out in the middle.. cuz he fuckin blows at what hes doing so far this season..

I don't think this really hurts us that much to tell you the truth. I really like Barnett however the way we are playing at DT not even Ray Lewis in his prime would have a good year here.

I don't think Hawk is 100%, unless for some reason he got way out of shape this offseason and lost a step, but I don't think so.

-McCarthy was not sure whether backup Desmond Bishop would be promoted to the starting lineup or if weak-side linebacker A.J. Hawk would move into the middle, with Brandon Chillar taking over on the weak side.

Hopefully Hawk thrives at MLB (like in college)

A bit premature to pass judgment on Bishop, isn't it? Let's give him a few games first.
Didn't Bishop force the first fumble by a linebacker all season when he knocked the ball out of Peterson's arms? And at a crucial time, too!

I just want him to be a solid player thats it. A good force in the locker room and a guy that smokes RBs! Thats it. Dont care if he has INts or fumble recoveries just lead this team in tackles and be tackle sure.

but with our new style of offense called not scoring any points... we need playmakers on the D side of the ball and not just in the secondary... a top 5 pick should be that player for u

Bishop will improve the run defense.

He will not be as good against the pass so Chillar my be there on passing downs.

That awful fake turf claims another victim. That terrible arena the Metrodome is still around.

We haven't scored many points against 2 of the best scoring defenses in the NFL. Relax Paco. You act like this is going to happen every week.

Are you expecting us all to answer?
I doubt it will be KGB.
I would have said Hodge, but I already explained why that can't happen.
At this time of the season, it is even hard to know who is available.

It won't be KGB. They'll either bring in another LB, or if they can manage with some combination with the ones they have, probably another DT. They have enough DE's that they don't need to bring KGB back.
