Not so much a fluke, but a really questionable play by Smith. It's never a good idea for the WR to tip the ball up into the air when he's surrounded by defenders. Nothing good will happen, particularly on 2nd down.

I may be the only person still watching that game, but that was a terrible play by either the Delhomme or Mushin on 4th down, possibly both.

Possibly harder. When Favre threw his 7 picks, we still loved the guy and figured "sometimes you have a bad game". I don't know if the Carolina faithful have quite as much affection for their QB.

The thing I'm curious about is how much do the (presumable) losing teams here panic after the upsets today? I know Tennessee has a couple of big decisions about "What do we do at the QB position?" and "What do we do about Haynesworth?". I'm not sure how much Carolina is going to panic though.
