MJS reports the Packers have no intention of signing Mark Tauscher.
Man, that's sad. Guy has been a good wisconsin'er for years.
Sad to see him go, but not surprising in the least.
Sadly, I have to agree. Tauscher's been wearing out the last few years. If we never got rid of a good Cheesehead, Jerry Tagge would still be taking snaps from Ken Bowman.
Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about. They didn't do it for individual glory. They did it because they loved one another.

BMac as usual you and I are on the same page! I will be happy as a clam if Crabtree takes the fateful fall.
Time to make a quick run to my apartment for another load of stuff (I'm moving). Then I'll be back here to join you guys in the fun.
The biggest day in PR history was when we had the #5 pick. I suspect we crush that number of active users today.
If you take Crabtree, are you giving up on re-signing Greg Jennings when the time comes?

Two of them having Green Bay pass on Crabtree and having him taken by the 49ers instead.

They can't do that......they gotta sign that guy.
I agree with you--and that's why I just can't see shelling out this much of the team salary on two wideouts.

I don't know how you pass on Crabtree without trading down...SOMEBODY has to be buying Crabs.
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.
Okay, my Packer brethren, sadly, I have two events to attend and cannot skip. So I will be with you all in spirit - it's nice to see the board here coming together, all in hopes of seeing our beloved team improve.
My good friend here in southeast Michigan is from Wisconsin and the evening's event is at his place, so he promises to have the draft on television. I think it could turn into a draft party and some folks there might not be too happy...oh well.
Go, Pack, Go!!!
