I wouldn't be so sure about it being 100% recon. The Packers don't really have the tendency or roster luxury to just be grabbing guys to scout off during the week. Looks like this guy was out of football for 2 whole seasons then came back in 2007. Hes just a body IMO, don't see him doing much.
