Best game I've ever seen by a QB.

I'm still partial to Favre's game against the Bears in 1995: 25- 33; 336 yards; 5 TD's.

Packers were 5-4 and desperate for a win. That game was kind of a springboard to their 11-5 finish and an appearance in the NFC Title Game.

We may look back at Rodgers' game Sunday in a similar vein though. It was a great performance under tremendous pressure.

Rodgers will start to quiet those critics after the Bears game and once he wins a couple of playoff games. It seems unfair but thats how QB's are rated, AR needs to put the team on his back and lead us to a playoff win in a hostile enviornment. Then and only then will he get the credit we all know he deserves...

I don't live and die with the team quite as much as I used to. I've gotten older, have two young girls, and my priorities have shifted. I still want the Packers to win, but I can live with whatever happens. However, more than anything else, this is why I want the Packers to win this Sunday. Rodgers has handled himself with humbleness, class, and humor. He deserves to have a moment where people sit back and say "yes, he's good AND he's a winner." No comments about he's good but not as good as Favre. No comments that he's just a fantasy football QB. No comments about close losses. He deserves this moment. I hope he and his teammates can make it happen.

I'm so sick of Rodgers getting blamed for close losses. He's brought this team back several times to take leads only to have the defense choke it away. 90% of the time (I made that number up) Rodgers isn't to blame for a close loss. I guess he shouldn't get the go ahead score until there is no time left for ST and the defense to blow it.

Just to add on what others have said about Rodgers, I want the Packers to win for my own enjoyment but I also want them to win for Rodgers. After all the shit he has had to deal with in regards to Favre and unfair criticism regarding his record in close losses, I can’t help but pull for the guy.

Yeah, no matter how good individually you are, it takes a team to win it all. He can't do it alone. Favre didn't, Tom Brady definitely didn;t, and Peyton Manning played like crap otuside of one half in the afc championship and got a ring.

I was born 13 days after the Packers won Super Bowl I and just over a year when they won II. I used to live and die each week from the time I was 7 (1974 season) until they won XXI. Since I have seen them win it all, the wins and losses are not as hard or as uplifting as they used to be. Guess I'm gettin old.
