Packers go up 10-0 early and never let up. 24-13 is the final score.

Here is my prediction. AR throws the ball over 40 times and I am not pissed about lacking a commitment to the running game.

I just put a few "just for fun" dollars on Matthews or Woodson winning the MVP. Either of them win it and I win 1:18 odds. I have a little on the game too. AR has horrible odds. While he is the most likely, I don't htink he's as likely as the odds make it out. They have a great defense. If we win, there's a good chance a defensive player has a lights out game and wins MVP. I'm thinking Woodson and Matthews (against Flozell the immobile hotel) are most likely candidates.

You are feeling very confident, huh?

What were the odds on Sam Shields? I think the way Ben has gotten to rely on Wallace, SS will HAVE to make some plays for us to win, which would make him a great bet at 25:1 or more. hey, if Larry Brown can win it.

Does it matter? Oh, I absolutely agree with your argument, but the way MVP is awarded does not bode well for Sam Shields actually winning it.

I don't know about a prediction- I see these teams as almost mirror images of each other. My hope is that the Steelers think all they have to do is show up to win. My breakdown

                  QB's are =
RB's edge steelers, but not as much as one might think.
WR edge GB and by a pretty wide margin
                  TE edge steelers
OL edge GB I don't think the steelers line is very good and that could be the deciding factor

DL edge Packers, I don't think the steeles have guys that can be as dynamic as Raji and Jenkins
LB edge Steelers all things equal til you look at Woodley! Beluga needs to shut him down. this is the guy that scares me
DB edge GB huge, besides Polamula they are pedestrian!

K edge GB Crosby is much better than their guy
P edge GB don't they have our castoff!

Anyhow I have to think GB will win this thing. It is their time!

OK, I admit it. I was pretty damned close to an orgasm watching this.

But the math....the math just seems implausible.

After lunch the players lounged about the hotel patio watching the surf fling white plumes high against the darkening sky. Clouds were piling up in the west… Vince Lombardi frowned.

                          Wow. Just wow.
