Jennings might be the best comparison I can think of. When I watched Cobb's film, I saw a guy who was smooth, effortless and natural. It was like watching Greg Jennings.
Percy Harvin is not like that. He's good, great even, but he's not the natural pass catcher that Jennings is. I think Cobb kind of is. Jennings is slightly faster and slightly better overall athlete though. Of course, Greg Jennings has a HOF type start to his career.
