hoody is a god at getting future picks, TT looks like a bum compared to that guys when it comes to stockpilling picks

I think I'm okay with the way TT drafts though I wouldn't mind picking up a few next year in return for a few this year. On the other hand he seems so relaxed compared to others and just lets the draft come to him while he takes the best player available, without major concerns, each round.

It doesn't seem Hoody is nearly as effective at using them though, IMO

Since TT become GM, he has one Ring, hoodie zero and he's hoodwinked hoodie twice in draft day trades for Greg "carried the team on his back" Jennings and Clay freaking Matthews.
