It would not surprise me if McNabb does well in MN; they will rededicate themselves IMO to the run.
I sit on the fence with McNabb and Cutler. Both seem to have the talent but both also seem to be losers.....aka....they don't have the winning intangeables......smart....make the key plays and reads....etcTERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. I'd be careful if I were the Vikings. Peterson's career will be short if they lean on him any more than they have. That OL will get him beat into the ground. Think Earl Campbell. I felt like he's lost a little bit of explosiveness since he came into the league. I respect the way he runs, but it's not conducive to a long career. Toby Gerhart is a JAG. Running backs wear out at the end of the year, especially on bad offenses. Peterson is still the best back in the league.Comment

He's likely the best back in the league, but he's 26 years old and with the hits he takes he is unlikely to be productive by the end of his second contract. 30 is the standard lifespan for an RB, but I'm not sure that Peterson won't start to fall apart earlier.Originally posted by Deputy Nutz View Post</delurk>Comment
