The Rams will be in LA in three years if Minny doesn't beat them there first.

Back to Rodgers on Jones. He supported his guy, but he also said very emphatically, "But I'm not the guy who makes those decisions." The article was dramatized a bit over the actual audio, which is here.

I agree. It will be harder for the Packer DBs to intercept a ball that one hops to a receiver compared to Brett's passes traveling in the air.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Isn't he just a couple years younger than dirt (aka Favre)?

Lol. I welcome this with open arms. McNabb is done. Hell, when the Redskins realize that you know it's over.

You thinking the Vikings aging line will be able to keep the immobile McNabb upright? Will they put in Joe Webb when McNabb doesn't have the cardiovascular endurance to run a 2-minute drill?

I agree wholeheartedly that Jones needs to come back. I don't want to see Cobb as anything more than a #4 this year.

So should I keep McNabb at $2 on one of my fantasy teams?

Paul Posluszny headed from Buffalo to Jacksonville.

Looks like Barrett Ruud finished at Tampa Bay.

Two solid LBs. Both would probably be ILBs in our scheme though, and may not even fit.

Would be nice to target a OLB, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Flier on Manny Lawson maybe? Anybody have any thoughts on whether Stewart Bradley could play OLB in a 3-4? He's always intrigued me. He looks good when I see him. He has the kind of size that the Steelers have had at OLB.

It would not surprise me if McNabb does well in MN; they will rededicate themselves IMO to the run.

I sit on the fence with McNabb and Cutler. Both seem to have the talent but both also seem to be losers.....aka....they don't have the winning intangeables......smart....make the key plays and reads....etc
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

I'd be careful if I were the Vikings. Peterson's career will be short if they lean on him any more than they have. That OL will get him beat into the ground. Think Earl Campbell. I felt like he's lost a little bit of explosiveness since he came into the league. I respect the way he runs, but it's not conducive to a long career. Toby Gerhart is a JAG. Hell, John Kuhn looked better last year.

I agree with you. Pete didn't look nearly as quick accelerating last year in my opinion. MAybe it was just due to lack of space.

Running backs wear out at the end of the year, especially on bad offenses. Peterson is still the best back in the league.

He's likely the best back in the league, but he's 26 years old and with the hits he takes he is unlikely to be productive by the end of his second contract. 30 is the standard lifespan for an RB, but I'm not sure that Peterson won't start to fall apart earlier.
