Yeah he's been bashing the QB rating all day, so he is just trying to explain why. He has some points, but I don't think there is any other simple quick measure that gives you an idea of how a QB is performing than QB rating.

There are times to take a sack, but that isn't it. There aren't bonuses built-in to contracts to pay out on QB rating.
