Robert Griffin III hasn’t conceded top pick to Luck

RGIII, IMO, will not be a big success in the NFL. I think he'll have his moments where he runs around and makes some exciting plays and make some highlights with his runs. However when it comes time for his arm to make the plays, I don't think he'll be all that consistently good. I'm thinking similar to Vince Young.

From what I've seen, although he may have the ability to run around, it will be more Steve Young than Micheal Vick. Some of the reports are saying he's a better pocket passer than Luck? That's interesting.

Or maybe not. Looks like RGIII actually has given up on being the first pick. As mentioned at the end of the article, this doesn't mean near as much (financially) as it did a few years ago. Sam Bradford was the last recipient of what was that insanity.
