Well, I looked past the obvious clutch and grab being put on our receivers in these first three games. Yes, there were bad calls on both teams--but it's hard to look past the three VERY obvious terrible calls. The cheap shot on Jennings, the pass interference on Shields, and the last play. Well, we'll see how the team responds. The Saints aren't going to be easy and we have Houston coming up, so 1-3 and 2-4 is not far-fetched. Fortunately, the second half schedule looks easier, and maybe we'll have the real refs by then.

I can't even believe NFL network aired something to be anti NFL on the call. Mooch was professional and told it like it was.
in the end
This one is on PB Max, and until he admits this team clarly misses Cullen Jenkins the football Karma Gods will be against us and it'll be a rough road for the Pack

The pushing and shoving and aggressiveness by players is just increasing every week as the refs lose control more and more. The NFL is letting the league spin out of control...and for what?
I don't think the replacement refs will ever step on the field again. The NFL can't possibly defend this and the beating they are going to take in the media will be incredible. It's such a GOOD feeling...13 TIME WORLD CHAMPIONS!!

I will be so disappointed if they come back on for the extra point. Didn't do this one. But I thought my jinx post about the win disqualified me anyway.Originally posted by Bretsky View PostFIRED......................LAST GAME DAY THREAD EVER

Just think how many people had big money on this game, Packers -3.5 pts. They would have won and instead are getting fitted for cement shoes in some cases. Thank god we only have an emotional investment and not livelihood on the line like some people.
*edit* the above is a rationalization only. It's mainly intended for me to go to bed and allow me to sleep somehow.

Perhaps even the refs had big money on this game. They probably know that it's their last week of NFL officiating, so why not make a few bucks."Originally posted by esoxx View PostJust think how many people had big money on this game, Packers -3.5 pts. Great moments in gambling history. Black ref has money on the Pack, White ref has money on birds to cover the spread. Every player and commentator should be asking, rhetorically, in every interview, "How's protecting the Shield going Roger?"Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.
