Kicking off with Justin Smith's torn triceps:

He's going to "try to play through the pain" but the injury has ended seasons. That's a huge blow for the 49ers, IMO. They've let up 73 points in the last 6 quarters without Smith in the lineup. They had only given up 187 pts in 14.5 games prior to his injury. That's an increase of almost 9 points per quarter. Granted, there is distortion in that number based on several other factors (opponent, favorable FP for Seattle in that game, etc) but it's going to make their life much harder. They've been blessed with relatively good health on their D for the last couple of years.
And of course, Richard Sherman won his appeal, so Seattle has both CBs for the playoffs.
