Pretty sure it can't be done, unless there's some funky add-on for Firefox.

Closest I'm aware of is to mash the F5 key every 30 seconds or so

I like a few guys for the Vikes.....Xavier Rhodes, Sylvester Williams, Cordarelle Patterson, Robert Woods Arthur Brown - they need MLB, CB and WR with DT a close second.
