  • Very active year for waiver claims - 20 by three teams

Just when I remarked that waiver claims had declined in recent years, 2013 was very active. After a quick review, it looks like 45 players were awarded to 19 teams on Sunday, with the Chiefs and Jaguars each getting 7 players on waiver claims, and the Browns getting 6.

Maybe the Chiefs, Jags and Browns are picking up sucky players in a effort to be the worst this year.

The Jags want DJ Williams to be their tight end...
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

Packer cast offs are popular. Have fun with the Jest, Alex Green!

Are they overrating them or are we under valuing them?

neither. Overall the Packers just have better players than some teams. That's the main reason the Packers are better, overall.

To clarify, when I said "we" I meant Packerrats posters, not GBPackers.

OK. Wist is undervaluing for sure. Everyone else is all over the map.
