In the long run, that's not good.
They can use short passes to essentially be a run game.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Maybe, but screens will help that situation, something MM didn't run last year against the 49ers (first game).

But today it might be the way to go. Rushing on 1st and second down against their base is a waste of time. Screens, draws and some runs from pass formation when they are in nickel is what they need.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Was that before or after they repeated, for the third time by my count, that the Packers were the 49ers big defense with the run?

Ok, third down coming up here - let's see a stop!

                      • God, I wish we could consistantly get 3-4 yards on every carry when we run.

                          • Rarely do you see a kicker make a TD saving tackle at the 25 yard line...how fast is Masthay? haha

See Slocum is at least teaching some of the st to tackle.
