Or was this trolling that Finley TD catch?Originally posted by Rastak View PostHis first foot when he caught the ball was already in the end zone, as we all know you must get both feet in bounds when you catch the ball in the end zone.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I'll be honest, I turned towards the TV and I think he replay was already in progress. I have no idea on the rules if he landed one foot outside the goal line, broke the plane but never got his second foot down.Originally posted by pbmax View PostWell, you need both feet anywhere to make a catch. But end zone couldn't save him since it wasn't an established catch prior to crossing goaline.

I agree with the breaking the plane. Had control, crossed the plane, it's good enough for an RB, why is it different for a WR?Originally posted by Rastak View PostDoesn't he have to make a bunch of "football moves" before not getting his second foot in?
I would think breaking the plane is enough, but I haven't memorized the rule book.
that penalty on McMillan sucked. He did not lead with him helmet at all. WR was going down, the contact was incidental--
Imagine for a moment a world without hypothetical situations...

How about six field goals? When was the last time THAT happened? Jan Stenerud?[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

Yes, MikeP said he was not yet a running without two feet down so goal line cross was not good enough,Originally posted by Rastak View PostI'll be honest, I turned towards the TV and I think he replay was already in progress. Joe Kapp. He did it all. Actually, he decked his own kicker in the pregame warmups and had to kick in that game.Originally posted by swede View PostHow about six field goals?
