He's not a total lost cause. He has helped to develop a good punter and taught both kickers to tackle. He has also arranged very good onside kicks and onside kick coverage. But the basic four teams are terrible. Yes its worse now with all the injuries and the injuries are worst at LB and TE, special team staples.
