In fairness, there is no sun in the Hudson center where they practice.

They practiced outside this week. We'll see if it makes a difference.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I was all set to tackle an analysis of the Stat:

Bendability and Green Bay Packers going over that and for the time period 2009 to present.

I actually covered that as best I could in another thread this afternoon. I'll ** check to see exactly where and post that here. Now if you must see that....

** OK here it is: Thread: FIRE McCarthy... page three ...page dowwwwn.

Look for the thread with a lot of RED.

BEWARE !! RED means BAD !

I've been consistently amused this week over the hand-wringing in Denver over whether Manning can win games in the cold and whether the Broncos need to be practicing outside to toughen up. We've had single-digit highs all week and when the team practiced in the bubble on Wednesday, a large portion of the callers to drivetime sportsyak were certain that the Broncos were doing it wrong. Everyone breathed a collective sigh of relief when they were outside on Thursday.

It's just funny to be on the outside looking in on another fanbase agonizing over this.

Look at my screen name. I grew up 3 hours from Green Bay. For a good portion of my early life, it was "The Big City".

I had to check the schedule. I thought for sure we were playing in Atlanta's dome when I read this.

He's from Michigan, the Upper Peninsula thereof.

It's the part of Wisconsin stolen by Michigan.

You know, where smart don't count for much.

From his posts, he's probably the smartest guy in the history of the UP (Yoop).

That's why he moved to Colorado.

Mostly, although I'm far from the smartest. It's just that my sphere of knowledge didn't center around a trade.

That, and the skiing here is way better.

                              Hey Cousin ... Eh!

Some common features of English in the UP:

                              Canadian raising.**

                              and:

" Ending of sentences in "Eh." Used at end of sentences with the expectation of receiving an affirmative response or as another word for "huh." ("So, you're /jɛr/ goin' out t'nide, eh?"), or to add emphasis to a statement, "That's a pretty dress, eh." ... "

"Eh" is often associated with Canadian English.
