This team has flaws. I want Dom gone after the season. Slocum should be gone.

Probably not, but I am still not sure it explains the first half. Did the team stop believing in him for 30 minutes?Originally posted by George Cumby View PostThe word on him was that he inspired that kind of confidence, that he had real leadership, qualities. Would the team pick up their game for Tolzien? Or Wallace?Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

His teammates seem to love him, at least on Game Day. We will find out this week if that holds true. If it does, he might just have the Cam Newton problem of public perception.Originally posted by red View Postso, is no one going to mention that dez pulled a randy moss and stormed off to the locker room with a minute and a half left?

Second week in a row that it seemed like Flynn had much better protection in the 2nd half. How does that happen since MM never makes half-time adjustments?I can't run no more

Yer fulla shit Red.Originally posted by red View Postfuck you
that team that played the first half, should have been sent to the bus at haltime and sent home
its only because stubby is a stubborn idiot that he let them keep playing
the win was pure luck
You cry too much in the game threads.
Didn't think we'd win, but I knew we wouldn't give up.

My guess -- Rodgers is coaching him up in the locker room. Maybe not "coaching" per se, but they're having a conversation about what's going on, the two have a good rapport, and Flynn is smart enough to process it in time to make it useful. Of course, I'm sure it works better when they're behind and don't shuffle the OL near halftimeOriginally posted by pbmax View PostYeah, I have zero explanations for his Jekyll and Hyde except that he is exceedingly mediocre overall and the 1st half was his worst characteristics and the 2nd his best.

No, but they sure didn't play well. I just don't understand the last two games, crap the first half and then lights out the second. As you said earlier, this is unlike the teams we are used to seeing. It's inexplicable.Originally posted by pbmax View PostProbably not, but I am still not sure it explains the first half. that sam shields int was something else. lets talk about the blown coverage there. you had sam shields, who was beaten and running behind whitten, and you also had another cowboy running free in the same area. shields was the only guy deep. if that pass is on target or if shields dives and misses, then its a td and game over for the cowboys.
bad coverage by the packers
horrible throw by romo, and even worse audible into the throw from a run
and great individual play by sam

So woodbuck, what was wrong with McCarthy? Seems like a solid idea to keep the starters in the game now. How do you think about your proposed course of action?
How would you judge the "truth" of your comment?

Trying to make a point Mike?

If Ravens beat Lions tomorrow night, Packers control their destiny.
