The Packer defense is uninspiring, so there's a high probability the Packers will be seeing lots of kickoffs. And with the cold, there likely won't be too many touchbacks.

I doubt they'll put Cobb on returns unless they really feel like they need a big play there. After last year, they might be content to let Hyde (and Bell) handle Punt/Kick returns.
