Dolphins get 6 starters back this week, including Pouncey and Moreno. We better not sleep on the Dolphins. Philbin will have his guys fired up.

Miami's offense is goofy. They try to pass the ball a ton but are much more effective on the ground. Tannehill has nearly 39 attempts per game but only 900 yards on the season.70% of the Earth is covered by water. The rest is covered by Al Harris.

Packer Report @PackerReport 8h8 hours ago
The "huge" turnaround part of story: #Packers missed 18 tackles in Week 1. Missed 24 since, according to @PFF
UNSOUND!Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Who's the 5th guy in the sweater, furthest to the left? I recognize Taylor, Crabtree, Finley and Quarless, but not sure who the 5th guy is. 2011 roster doesn't give me any hints, PS guy?Originally posted by wootah View PostOh the memories...--

Capers on Defense on the rise after Vikes game. http://www.packersnews.com/story/spo...pers/16838681/Thursday was a step in the right direction. After giving up 235 yards to Chicago, the Packers held the combination of Matt Asiata and Jerick McKinnon to a reasonable 96 yards on 22 carries (4.4 yards per carry).
One change the Packers made against the Vikings was turning strictly to their traditional 3-4 package on running downs in lieu of the new quad formation. Capers said specific looks would vary week to week based on matchups.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

If you have to commit to one and sacrifice on the other, do you choose running game or passing game to leverage your defense against?
Here is your answer:
Point Allowed (and League Rank)
2010: 2nd (15.0)
2009: 7th (18.6) Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Okay, help me out, PB. How is this my answer? Are you implying that the Packers defensed the run more in those years, or the pass? Or the run in one of those years and pass in the other?"The Devine era is actually worse than you remember if you go back and look at it."

In 2009 they were notable for being the league's best rush defense. In 2010 they were notable for never leaving nickel, overall defense got better at the expense of rushing defense.Originally posted by Fritz View PostOkay, help me out, PB. How is this my answer? 3irty1 had it. 2009 featured big-bellied, hard nosed run defense and horrible pass D. 2010 was much better pass D and run D slumped, though not to the levels seen thereafter. It could also have been all Howard Green.Originally posted by Fritz View PostOkay, help me out, PB. How is this my answer? Its just two data points. The rest of the numbers tell a far more muddled and pathetic story:
Scoring defense by year
2014: 9th (21.1)
2013: 24th (26.8)
2012: 11th (21)
2011: 19th (22.4)
2010: 2nd (15.0)
2009: 7th (18.6) Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

So can someone teach me up on Tannenhill and the Phins? Is he a young and promising guy?
What kind of defense do they run down there? And can someone make it cooler? That heat's gonna wear the Packers down. I've seen it before when they've played in Florida."The Devine era is actually worse than you remember if you go back and look at it."
