I can't think about Miami yet. I'm still trying to deal emotionally with the roster switch from Brian Taylor to Jimmy Dorsey. I don't like change.

What kind of defense do they run down there? And can someone make it cooler? That heat's gonna wear the Packers down. I've seen it before when they've played in Florida.
here's everything you need to know about Tannenhill

She also has perfect teeth. Other than that, and a good game vs Oakland, I don't think he has much going for him.

Both on offense and defense the Dolphins are extremely conservative. They are set to move the chains on offense and defense. They don't produce big plays or give up big plays. Its a decent recipe for an underdog to shorten the game.

The first 8 they gave up 23.1 (which would have been ~15th over the whole season. I didn't do an average for the first 8 games of every team)
The last 8 they gave up 30.4 (dead last - Minn was 30.0).

That is a bad match-up for the Packers. The Packers defense has had trouble getting off the field but has made some key turnovers. The Packers offense is impatient. If a quick strike isn't there, they have trouble grinding out and moving chains.

No defensive turnovers and no quick-strikes = trouble.

Every game this year except Chicago has contained a potential bad match up for the Packers: a strong ground game (Sea, NYJ, Minn, Mia), misdirection and a running QB (Sea, NYJ), a defensive front that can pressure Rodgers while just rushing four (Sea, Det). If GB loses to Mia because the defense cannot get off the field, that will be one indication that this team isn't set up to make a deep run this year.

Miami plays the way they do because they are bad and they know it. The Packers would have to be extra flat to drop this one IMO. Miami isn't good enough at any one thing for me to worry about matchups.

This is the type of game that will tell us whether the Packers are going to have a great regular season (12-4 or better), or whether they'll be scrambling at the end of the season just to make the playoffs.

Oh sure, put that on red's shoulders.

I live in Florida and the weather has been unseasonably cool the last week or so. If it carries on until Sunday, I would say you can set aside concerns about GB wearing down.

High of 87 on Sunday with chance of t-storms. In other words, hot and muggy.
