I'd say you're right. And since I'm Guiness, I'm the authority on the matter.

You might, if you were perceptive, also notice that both times they were pointlessly racial leaning. HH, you can be funny and have interesting insights at times, but your insistence on taking shots at the forum owner IS tiresome.

Fuck you. The intolerance brigade again. If you don't like off-topic arguments - don't start them!

You and your brother in intolerance drive out people that bug you. Notice how few people post here?

Tank made a stupid joke about a half-white guy. I made a similar joke that fell flat, nominating Russell Wilson as a white CB. Crickets.
If red makes a stupid, tasteless joke about a mexican hot dog - ignore it, pray for red's recovery. If you don't like a clip of the Kennedy assasination (that has been seen a million times on tv) don't file a grievance.

      Where is skinbasket?

And further... the accusation that the offensive posts are "off topic" is bullshit. When I posted a clip of Kennedy's worst day, it was a parody of the over-the-top analysis of a hands-to-helmet penalty. The cornerback jokes were also not off topic.

It is meant to be sarcastic, dumb-dumb. I accept my unpopularity.

What we got here are people complaining about posters being too colorful. I'll let nutz and skinbasket speak for themselves, god knows those assholes would never agree with me on anything, but I suspect they found the sanitation department overzealous.

Jokes very often fall flat. The intent is not to start arguments or offend people. I accept that complaints about bad jokes are fair game, but attempts to expel or censor usually are more offensive than the jokes, and THAT is what starts off topic arguments.

The sarcasm wasn't lost on me, Harlan. It made the combo better, honestly. I pretty much like everyone who posts here, Blue Dog, outside of rbaloha11, and he has fallen hard under the banhammer. You can pretty much stop defending yourself, because the majority of posters don't care when you or Madtown post something offensive or racist in an attempt to be funny.

Instead, let us return to the topic at hand. Which is, how are we going to score 43 points against the Iggles?

If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen? Seems relevant.

Which brother? There seem to have been a couple dozen who left after various conflagrations.

Tank has proven incorrigible, even if this post was mild. KYP makes that point every time he reappears. You are usually much less trouble.

If off topic arguments are the key to increasing Packer Rats traffic, then Mad should allow it in the Packer forum. But somehow I think that they have cost more participants than attracted posters. And example one, as I said, are the breaks you take to get away from this forum. You court the storm, then retreat inland.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I take that as a challenge. Unless you are the lead dog, the view never changes.

Tank isn't just colorful. You are colorful. Skin was colorful, occasionally brilliant. Tank is looking to have a fire and watch the building go down. Its his history and its repeated at more than one forum.

The problem is trying to allow color in the Packer forum and maintaining any control over trolls. You can't have it both ways.

Perhaps, when the forum was at its busiest, Tank problems could be buried under 125 Partial Packer threads. But even then he got himself booted. Its only more obvious now. Don't lower your prices Blue Dog. Create a better product.

Jokes are like beer. Whether it's good or bad depends on one's taste. What is funny to one person may not be so to another.

For example, I "lol" every time Al Bundy mentions pridefully that he scored 4 TDs in a high school football game. Some may find that more annoying than funny.

Likewise, there was at least one person back at them jolly JSO days who found it funny when I pridefully proclaimed (time and time again) that I shut down Darren Charles in a high school football game. True story of a joke, but some didn't find it funny at all.

As for argumentation, aren't forums the place for arguments? Some see an argument as Ray Rice knocking out his then-girlfriend in an elevator. Most of the time, though, an "argument" is pretty much a peaceful debate in favor of this or that.

In ancient Greece, wise men would meet at a peaceful forum and argue about the slings and arrows of life. That was how philosophy was born, and from philosophy, science.

Too lazy to check for historical accuracy, but Plato was like ah uh, mother earth ain't at the center of the universe, and therefore we ain't alone. Some fat fishmonger was like prove it, bitch! Plato was like, the tech ain't here yet, but in the future my apt pupil - Aristotle - is gonna prove it to ya fat ass via science, bitch!

                            I support Harlan's argument.

Packers better win. I wouldn't want to quit my minimum-wage, burger-flipping, weekend-working job in vain.

                                Peppers leadership role: http://www.jsonline.com/sports/packe...282833231.html

Tramon called out the need for another voice in the locker room at the end of last year:

Cleaning out his locker, cornerback Tramon Williams provided the blunt assessment that the Packers needed more experience. When bad turned to worse in 2013, and the opposition rammed through the defense for 158.2 rushing yards per game the final 10 contests, nobody was around to put a foot down.

                                ...

Williams brought up Thursday's practice as another example. Peppers spoke up to refocus the team for the stretch run.

"It was good to hear it from a guy like that," Williams said. "Julius, if you know him, isn't the most vocal guy. But he has a presence that speaks for itself. For him to speak vocally, it adds that extra weight to it.
