The score 24-20 .... Dallas OVER Detroit.
That score fits the UNDER bet. I was wrong.
The last time that Dallas played in Green Bay in the playoff's was the 'Ice Bowl' game of 1967.
That's amazing to me.Last edited by woodbuck27; 01-04-2015, 07:04 PM.** Since 2006 3 X Pro Pickem' Champion; 4 X Runner-Up and 3 X 3rd place.

Leading by 14 points in the 1st quarter ain't having a game won. In fact, "playing not to lose", aka, conservative football, is stupid as stupid is.Originally posted by Guiness View PostAll the Lions had to do was not lose - they had already won, they just had to not lose. And they lost.
I stand by my arguement: Cadwell's conservative decision not to go for it on 4th and 1 in the Cowboys territory cost his team the game.

Forecast for GB is 9 degree for a high on Saturday and 21 degrees on Sunday. One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

Man I made the exact same comparison to my dad as we watched both games together. Almost same spot on the field and Sherman did that same pussy try to draw them off sides/delay of game/ punt combo.Originally posted by Tyrion Lannister View PostYeah, a mistake Sherman made was not going for it on 4th and 1 in the 4th and 26 game.
What also kills me is how coaches rarely seem to factor risk vs reward and clock/yardage in that situation. Let me explain....
There was 8:00 left and u are at midfield. If you fail on 4th down Dallas can't run the clock completely down and beat you with a last second touchdown. Because of the short field and time left there would be a couple minutes left when u get the ball back regardless of whether Dallas ties it or takes the lead. Best case is you convert and keep driving and running the clock probably leading to more points and possibly icing the win. Risk vs reward says u certainly should go for it IMO.
