Had they went for 2 and not got it, everyone would be bitching that they should have kicked it.

He's battling a worthless NFL bodyOriginally posted by pbmax View PostMaybe. But I think he has been battling that hamstring he showed this game for most of the second half of the year."Never, never ever support a punk like mraynrand. Maybe everyone except me. Damn, I called for it in black and white a few pages earlier. Look it up.Originally posted by Rutnstrut View PostHad they went for 2 and not got it, everyone would be bitching that they should have kicked it.One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

betterntheir chances in OT. fuck itOriginally posted by pbmax View PostI don't think they are. But I do agree with Rand that the offense was going nowhere in the 2nd half. Tough call.
Packers have been terrible in short yardage this year. I doubt their chance of success at a 2 pointer is anywhere near 50%"Never, never ever support a punk like mraynrand. Rather be as I am and feel real sympathy for his sickness." - Woodbuck

Absolutely agree. If Palmer had been sacked on the first play in OT and fumbled, it would have been bedlam. He made an unbelievable play and Fitzgerald made another unbelievable play and they won the game. That's after Rodgers and Janis made an unbelievable play. I think Harlan said that if we won, we would be the worst team ever in a championship game. I don't believe that's true, but I do think it would be one of the worst offenses ever in a championship game. But we do have a great QB, and we do have one of the best coaches in the NFL today. We had to have that in order to even stay in this game.Originally posted by Bretsky View PostI'm not upset
Arizona is much better
Let me ask the mass this..........had we gone for 2 and not made it....would u be pissed at MM for that ?
It was a no win

Absolutely disagree. Two many "ifs" in your scenario. Stubby couldn't manage a play clock if he was the CEO of Mattel.Originally posted by beveaux1 View PostAbsolutely agree.
