Rodgers: I think as you get older, you start to think about the decisions you’re making and for me, it’s focusing on my energy a lot and where my energy is going and how to best conserve it and protect it. That’s with establishing healthy boundaries in friendships and relationships and getting into healthy habits that best protect my job responsibilities. So that’s very encompassing there. It has everything to do with obviously sleeping habits and eating habits, preparation habits. I think at the beginning of the season in '14, he talked about removing people from his life that were bringing distractions.
